We mount traditional industrial robots on mobile elevated work platforms to give them unprecedented reach. We are currently applying the technology to painting and spray operations to reduce worker exposure to hazardous materials. Our system takes its own measurements of the surface to be coated, plans the spray paths, and executes them autonomously. The system models coating deposition in real time, providing constant feedback on coverage and quality.
We develop simulations of robots and machines to let our clients develop and exercise software long before a physical machine is available for testing. This ensures that logic and algorithms will have been tested extensively prior to integration, dramatically reducing expensive bring-up and debugging time in the crucial late stages of a project. We use open-source tools so that our clients will have full ownership of the simulation systems for their future use.
